My favorite locally owned shop on North Shore! I’ve been coming since I moved to Hawaii. I was in search of handmade natural soaps & I’m so lucky to have found a spot in Haleiwa town. I first told Lori about my skin condition eczema & she recommended me a product that I haven’t stopped using! Regardless of that, if I ever have questions on other products or dealing with another skin irritant, I always leave informed & smelling just like the shop (yummmm) 🙂

“What an amazing, little hidden gem in Haleiwa but then again most of the shops up there are. Love the soap they make here! The owner was in when we went to get some soaps and he was sooo beyond helpful he answered all of our questions without fault and is a great seller as well. He seemed to know exactly what we were looking for before we even asked.
We also picked up a great painting from a local artist. If you’re into small business and supporting small business this place is a definite visit. After making the swap to this all natural soap, I won’t be going back to any other kind. And only $6 a square. It’s a steal really for how much time the owners put into making their soaps. Love this place! I can’t wait to run out of the soaps I bought so I can visit it again 🙂 Oh!! And they ship so whenever we PCS we can still order it. Yay.”

“My Fiance and I recently came to Oahu in July and we visited the Soap Cellar, once again.This was our third time visiting Haleiwa so we decided to buy some soap this time. I don’t know why we never purchased one before. This stuff is amazing! We already ran out of the last bar of 20 that we had purchased. Our favorites were the Lava Bar, Soothing Citris, Daddy Mac and Power Bar. We gave a few away as gifts so not sure what Lovely Lavender or Fred’s Bar smells/feels like. Some of the soaps last longer than others, I would say Soothing Citrus lasts the longest. Anyway, ordering 20 more as we speak.

BTW, I still have my tan lines (it’s been almost 2 months) because I don’t use my loofah anymore. I use the soap bars to cleanse my body. It really does the trick! They keep you nice and moisturized and your skin feels and smells amazing afterwards.”
